What we collect and why

Your email address — to tell you when we launch, and, only if you tick the box (or join the Friday drop directly), to send you The Drop each week. Anything you choose to tell us in the optional questions after signing up: sizes, style tastes, favourite brands, device, postcode. We use these to plan launch and make the drop relevant to you.

We also use PostHog, an EU-hosted, cookieless product-analytics tool, to understand which parts of this site (and later the app) get used. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, does not follow you across the web, and is never used for advertising. You can object to analytics at any time by emailing us.

What we never do

No ad tracking. No third-party trackers. We never sell your data. When the app launches: your body scan is encrypted, is only ever used to render outfits for you, and never leaves your account.

Who processes your data

Signups are stored with Supabase (EU region). Emails are sent with Resend. Product analytics run on PostHog (EU). Each acts only on our instructions.

Your rights

Email hello@flatterly.app at any time to access or delete your data, or to object to analytics. Every drop email carries a one-click unsubscribe. Full policy to follow before app launch.
